AREA DEALERS COMBINE STRENGTHS TO EXPAND SERVICES FOR
SMALL- TO MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESSES
 
ROCHESTER, N.Y., Sept. 21, 2007Xerographic Solutions, Inc. (XSI) has created a new sales agent entity which encompasses eight independent regional agents/dealers spanning Pennsylvania and Upstate New York.  The entity, branded XSI, will assist more than 7,000 small- to mid-sized businesses by providing and supporting the document technology and managed print services that will help them improve operational efficiencies and reduce costs.  Under the venture, XSI will become the 10th largest Xerox Authorized Sales Agency in the United States.
 
The new organization brings together more than 100 years of document management experience under one centralized umbrella, and provides local agents/dealers with the ability to offer XSI’s wide portfolio of services and award-winning technology to customers in their area.  The entity also offers additional benefits for both agents and customers. While order processing, installations, training and specialized services will be centralized in one office to yield new efficiencies, all agents will retain the ability to give businesses what they want most—the flexibility to do business the way they want to, along with fast, local service and attention.
