XEROGRAPHIC SOLUTIONS, INC. BOLSTERS BOARD WITH INDUSTRY VETERAN

ROCHESTER, N.Y., February 2007 – Xerographic Solutions, Inc. (XSI)—the largest local independent document-management service organization in Western New York—today announced it has strengthened its leadership team with the addition of Doug Johnson, founder of Red Sage Consulting, to its Advisory Board.

“Doug will bring a wealth of experience to XSI that will help shape our continued expansion into the document services market,” said Mark Perlo, president and CEO, XSI. “Together with other board members, this leadership will guide the company as we expand the personalized support and value we bring to small- and mid-sized businesses to help them find new competitive advantages.”

As the principal consultant at Red Sage Consulting, Johnson provides document and communications businesses with expertise in planning, strategy and marketing development. Prior to starting his own firm, Johnson was the Senior Vice President of Print, Inc., where he drove the creation of a channel-based utility printing model, as well as oversaw all operational aspects of the business—sales, research and development, manufacturing, finance and human resources. Under his leadership, the company experienced double- or triple-digit growth, year over year.

Prior to Print Inc., Johnson was the Senior Vice President of Marketing for Hewlett Packard, where he was responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for H-P’s $20 billion Imaging and Printing Systems business. In this role, he also created strategies for incubating new business and go-to-market models for imaging and printing systems, including a cross-company commercial printing initiative; he supported restructuring efforts and the successful roll out of new brand strategies; and was an active participant on H-P’s corporate marketing council. Before this, Johnson held other management positions within H-P, including Vice President and General Manager of the global LaserJet Supplies and Accessories business; Marketing Manager for LaserJet Supplies; Product Marketing Manager for Departmental Printers; and Manufacturing, where he helped develop industry-leading manufacturing systems.

Johnson regularly presents at industry forums and universities, most recently lecturing on marketing topics in the MBA programs at the University of Texas, Austin, and at Boise State University. He has a Bachelors degree from Boise State University and resides in Sedona, Arizona.
