through Xerographic. We have 5 XSI copiers that handle all of our copying. If
a copier or fax machine goes down mark's people are very responsive. Just last
week a fax machine was having problems. A Xerographic engineer came out to our
site and gave us a loaner machine. Two days later our original fax machine was
back and working better than ever. We experienced very little down time, thanks to the fast response time and forethought of their engineers.
